Well it's the middle of August but I'm going to go over what Sean and I have been doing this summer becasue I didn't write anything at all... yes i now I'm a slacker. In May Sean and I both quit our jobs on May 9th and so that left the rest of the month to hang out together before he went to boot camp. So we decided to go on a trip to visit those who don't live near us. It was a week long and we went all over the place. On Monday we drove down to my grandma's house in La Sal (that's by Moab for those of you who don't know) and just hung out. On Tuesday we went to Arches National Park and spent the day there. It was absolutely amazing.

This first picture is of me at the delicate arch. We would have gone closer to get a picture but what you can't see is the super long line just ot take a picture over there.

Just to prove we went together here is one of us together. We couldn't get the arch in it though because we were taking the picture ourselves.

I think Sean looks really good in this one but I might be a little bias.

So that was Tuesday. On Wednesday we got in our car and drove all day to go to Las Vegas to visit his grandparents. On the way to Vegas we decided to stop off at the Grand Canyon and take a few pictures. Ok so it was the other way around we were going to the Grand Canyon and decided to go to Vegas to spend the night. Anyways, niether of us had been to the Grand Canyon before and so it was really neat to see it with Sean for my first time. This first picture is just of us you can kind of see the Canyon behind us.

Anyways, so Thusday we spent the day with his Grandparents and Thursday night we drove to St. George were we hung out with my Grandparents and my sister. On Friday we got up and went hiking with my sister but unfortunately our camera was full and so we didn't get any pictures. My sister did have her camera but I haven't loaded the CD she made us onto my computer yet so you're just going to have to trust me that it was so much fun. We went rock climbing... not on purpose though we wanted to get to the top of the mountain and didn't want to back track to do it and so we started to climb. But yeah we had fun. So Friday after we went hiking we got back in the car and drove back to Orem where I friends were having a going away party for Sean and Greg (one of Sean's friends.) That next week we moved into my parents house because Sean was going to Leave for boot camp and then finally the dreadful day came when Sean was supposed to leave. We drove him up to Salt Lake and said our good-byes and I drove home. I had the hardest night of my life. The next morning I get a phone call and Sean says I have to come pick him up because he was 1% over on his weight. So I picked Sean up and the next two days of May were uneventful.
